Ingredients:

  • 3 small to medium Fuji apples, cored and sliced
  • ½ medium cucumber, sliced
  • 1 (5in.) piece fresh burdock root, scrubbed clean

Directions:

  1. In a low-rpm juicer, alternate pressing apples slices, cucumber, and burdock root.
  2. Serve immediately.
