Apple Lemon Cinnamon Elixir
This flavorful combo is satisfying, slightly warming, and very energizing. This juice tastes like a fragrant homemade apple pie.
- 4 medium Fuji or honeycrisp apples, cored and sliced
- 1 small to medium lemon, outer rind removed, white pith intact, and sectioned
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- In a low-rpm juicer, alternate pressing the apple slices and lemon sections.
- Gently stir in cinnamon.
- Serve immediately.
