This delicious juice combination is sweet with just enough of a spicy bite to excite your taste buds. It’ll put a zip in your step.
- 4 medium pears, cored and sliced
- 2 medium green apples, cored and sliced
- 1 (1in.) piece fresh ginger
- In a low-rpm juicer, alternate pressing pear slices, green apple slices, and ginger.
- Stir and serve immediately.
We recommend to dilute with at least 50% structured, distilled or reverse osmosis water. If you are undergoing a health challenge, use of fruit juices during your cleanse should be sparing, if at all.
