Note: We recommend to dilute with at least 50% structured, distilled or reverse osmosis water. If you are undergoing a health challenge, use of fruit juices during your cleanse should be sparing, if at all.

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium pears, cored and sliced
  • 2 medium green apples, cored and sliced
  • 1 (1in.) piece fresh ginger

Directions:

  1. In a low-rpm juicer, alternate pressing pear slices, green apple slices, and ginger.
  2. Stir and serve immediately.
