Organic Ingredients:
• 2 frozen bananas
• ⅓ cup almond butter
• ⅛ cup chia seeds
• 1 large pitted date
• 5 kale leaves, stems removed
• 1 ¾ cups water

Directions:
1. Place all of the ingredients in a strong blender and blend well.

Variation:
• Adding ½ cup fresh or frozen blackberries brightens up this smoothie.
