This mildly sweet and fruity juice is reminiscent of a strawberry icicle pop. The taste is smooth, and you'll be tempted to drink it quickly. But restrain yourself, and savor each drop.
We recommend to dilute with at least 50% structured, distilled or reverse osmosis water. If you are undergoing a health challenge, use of fruit juices during your cleanse should be sparing, if at all.
- 2 medium to large bunches red grapes (about 5 cups)
- 15 medium to large strawberries, green leaves intact
- In a low-rpm juicer, alternate pressing red grapes and strawberries.
- Stir and serve immediately.
