Drinking a glass of this tropical-tasting juice is the perfect way to combat stress, fatigue, lack of energy or difficulty concentrating, thanks to the inclusion of ashwagandha extract. Coconut water is hydrating and an excellent source of electrolytes such as magnesium and potassium, which help to regulate body fluids.
Limes contain compounds known as limonoids, which have been shown to be effective in the fight against cancers of the mouth, skin, lung, breast, stomach and colon.
Ingredients
3 cups young coconut water 750 mL
Juice of 1 lime
20 drops organic ashwagandha extract 20 drops
Instructions
1. In a pitcher, combine coconut water and lime juice.
2. Add ashwagandha extract and whisk well. Serve immediately.
