Lime Orange Juice

This sweet and tangy juice gives your taste buds an amazing fruity citrus punch.

Note: We recommend to dilute with at least 50% structured, distilled or reverse osmosis water. If you are undergoing a health challenge, use of fruit juices during your cleanse should be sparing, if at all.

  • 3g fat
  • 5g fiber
  • 10g protein
  • 45% vitamin A
  • 815% vitamin C
  • 41% calcium
  • 25% magnesium
  • 7% iron
  • 51% potassium

Ingredients:

  • 5 medium navel oranges, outer rind peeled, white pith intact, and sectioned
  • 1 small lime, outer rind peeled, white pith intact

Directions:

  1. In a low-rpm juicer, alternate pressing orange sections and lime.
  2. Stir and serve immediately.
