This is the perfect juice for introducing friends and family to the complex and wonderful tastes of freshly pressed juice. Carrots, cilantro, beet and cucumber combine to make a deliciously sweet and savory blend that is antioxidant-rich and immune-boosting.
Ingredients
6 carrots 6
15 sprigs cilantro (about 1/2 bunch) 15
1/4 beet, halved 1/4
1 cucumber, quartered 1
1 1 1/2-inch (4 cm) piece peeled gingerroot 1
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half each of the carrots, cilantro, beet and cucumber, plus the ginger.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining carrots, cilantro, beet and cucumber.
3. Whisk well and serve immediately.
