Apple Cider Vinegar Elixir

This sweet-and-sour juice blend is extremely healing. Apple cider vinegar has potent antiviral properties, and its pungent flavor nicely offsets the sweetness of the apples and pears. Apples are excellent anti-inflammatory agents, while the pears help to protect against cancer.
Ingredients
2 red apples, cored and sliced 2
2 pears, quartered 2
1 cup raw apple cider vinegar 250mL
20 drops organic stevia extract 20 drops
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half each of the apples and pears.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining apple and pear.
3. Add apple cider vinegar and stevia extract and whisk well. Serve immediately.
