This incredible juice is super sweet with a slightly spicy zip that will jump-start your day.
Note: We recommend to dilute with at least 50% structured, distilled or reverse osmosis water. If you are undergoing a health challenge, use of fruit juices during your cleanse should be sparing, if at all.
Ingredients
7 medium Fuji or green apples, cored and sliced
1 (2in.) piece fresh ginger
Instructions
1. In a low-rpm juicer, alternate pressing Fuji apple slices and ginger.
2. Stir and serve immediately.
