This stress-releasing elixir will leave you with an incredible feeling of emotional well-being. The flavor is similar to a home-cooked Italian tomato soup, very yummy!
Ingredients
3 medium green apples, cored and sliced
1 large tomato, sliced
8 sprigs cilantro
30 drops organic holy basil extract
Instructions
1. In a low-rpm juicer, alternate pressing apples slices, tomato slices, and cilantro.
2. Gently stir in holy basil extract.
3. Serve immediately.
