Carrot Beet Ginger Lemon Mantra

You’ll find this mixture soothing even on the most hectic of days. Tangy lemon nicely offsets the sweet carrots and beets, and ginger provides just the right amount of oomph. Ginger is a strong antioxidant and provides a digestive enzyme called protease, which helps to fight inflammation. Namaste.
Ingredients
6 carrots 6
1/4 beet, halved 1/4
1 lemon, peeled and halved 1
1 1/4-inch (0.5 cm) piece peeled gingerroot 1
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half each of the carrots, beet and lemon, plus the ginger.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining carrots, beet and lemon.
3. Whisk well and serve immediately.
