The mildly sweet and salty flavor of this juice really hits the spot and will quench your thirst on even the most active day. Carrots are an excellent source of antioxidant compounds such as alpha- and beta-carotene and falcarinol, which may reduce the risk for cardiovascular disease and cancer while promoting good vision (especially night vision).
Ingredients
2 stalks celery, chopped 2
4 carrots 4
2 cucumbers, quartered 2
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half each of the celery, carrots and cucumbers.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining celery, carrots and cucumber.
3. Whisk well and serve immediately.
