Whip up this easy three-ingredient juice on mornings when you need to get out the door fast. Carrots, apples and beet combine to make an energizing antioxidant blend that will leave you feeling ready to conquer your day.
It tastes earthy and smooth, and it’s a perfect starter juice for those new to juicing. A study published in the Journal of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics in 2012 indicated that beet juice can increase your physical stamina and performance, so try drinking this before your workout.
Ingredients
4 carrots 4
3 apples, cored and sliced 3
1/4 beet, halved 1/4
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half each of the carrots, apples and beet.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining carrots, apples and beet.
3. Whisk well and serve immediately.
