Apple Cucumber Burdock Elixir
This mildly sweet, mellow tonic has earthy overtones and is extremely grounding.
- 3 small to medium Fuji apples, cored and sliced
- ½ medium cucumber, sliced
- 1 (5in.) piece fresh burdock root, scrubbed clean
- In a low-rpm juicer, alternate pressing apples slices, cucumber, and burdock root.
- Serve immediately.
