This juice contains the perfect combination of sweet and tart and tastes just like candy—kids love it. We like to tell children that it will fuel superpowers too, by increasing strength and focus and improving vision.
Apples are loaded with vitamin C, an incredible antioxidant. Beets are extremely rich in nutrients such as folate and manganese and provide antioxidant benefits as well.
Ingredients
3 apples, cored and sliced 3
1/4 beet, halved 1/4
1 lime, peeled and halved 1
3 carrots 3
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half each of the apples, beet, lime and carrots.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining fruit and vegetables.
3. Whisk well and serve immediately.
