What’s up, doc? Just a juice rich in provitamin A and beta-carotene, full of vitamins and minerals, and with an earthy and sweet taste that kids will love. The apple juice perfectly balances the richness of the carrot juice.
Apples are an excellent source of vitamin C, and the polyphenols in the fruit have been shown to help balance blood sugar while providing antioxidant and cardiovascular benefits. Carrots contain vitamin K, biotin and potassium.
Ingredients
2 red apples, cored and quartered 2
3 carrots 3
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half each of the apples and carrots.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining carrots and apple.
3. Whisk well and serve immediately.
