Go ahead and ask your little ones if they dare to drink dragon juice. They’ll love the challenge, and the taste of this sweet and minty kid-friendly juice. Best of all, the apples and pears are loaded with antioxidants that will help boost your kiddies’ immune systems. Mint also contains antioxidants and provides vitamin C, manganese and copper.
Ingredients
3 red apples, cored and sliced 3
4 sprigs fresh mint 4
3 pears, quartered 3
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half each of the apples, mint and pears.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining apples, mint and pears.
3. Whisk well and serve immediately.
