Are you looking to improve your memory and sharpen your thinking skills? The gingko biloba and ginseng in this blend may assist with that. Gingko has been shown to be effective in treating memory loss and difficulty concentrating, and Siberian ginseng is often used to help people cope with stress.
Ingredients
2 red apples, cored and sliced 2
2 carrots 2
2 oranges, peeled and halved 2
20 drops organic gingko biloba extract 20 drops
20 drops organic Siberian ginseng extract 20 drops
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half each of the apples, carrots and oranges.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining apple, carrot and orange.
3. Strain the juice. Add gingko biloba and Siberian ginseng extracts and whisk well. Serve immediately.
