This sweet, tart juice is reminiscent of lemon-drop candies, so it’s a great juice for those days when you are craving something decadent. Despite its candy-like taste, it is extremely cleansing and nourishing.
Ingredients
1 pineapple, skin removed, cut into wedges 1
3 cups red grapes 750 mL
1 1/2-inch (1 cm) piece peeled gingerroot 1
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half each of the pineapple and grapes, plus the ginger.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining pineapple and grapes.
3. Whisk well and serve immediately.
