We know, we know… we have those sluggish mornings too. Whether it’s because you stayed up too late, had one too many drinks with your buddies, or are just burning the candle at both ends, this zesty and surprisingly satisfying juice will help you get back into gear. Both parsley and carrots are extremely energizing and known to increase alertness.
Ingredients
6 carrots 6
20 sprigs fresh flat-leaf (Italian) parsley (about 1 bunch) 20
3 stalks celery, chopped 3
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half each of the carrots, parsley and celery.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining carrots, parsley and celery.
3. Whisk well and serve immediately.
