Ingredients

  • 1 medium fresh noni fruit, hand-pulverized in a muslin cloth or nut milk bag, juice reserved and seeds removed, or 2 TB. powdered fruit
  • 1 (2in.) piece fresh ginger
  • 1 TB. apple cider vinegar
  • Dash cayenne
  • 1 cup filtered water

  1. In a high-speed blender, combine noni juice/puree, ginger, apple cider vinegar, cayenne, and water.
  2. Serve immediately.
