Apple Orange Juice

Fruits and diet against cellulite

This wonderful juice combination gives you a burst of mouthwatering flavor. The sweet apple balances the slight tartness of the orange perfectly.

Note: We recommend to dilute with at least 50% structured, distilled or reverse osmosis water. If you are undergoing a health challenge, use of fruit juices during your cleanse should be sparing, if at all.

Ingredients:

  • 4 medium red apples, cored and sliced
  • 4 medium Valencia oranges, outer rind peeled, white pith intact, and sectioned

Directions:

  1. In a low-rpm juicer, alternate pressing apple slices and oranges sections.
  2. Stir and serve immediately.
