This incredibly filling juice has a unique, fruity, sweet flavor with a surprisingly creamy texture. A real taste-bud sensation, this juice will fulfill your cravings for sweets during your cleanse.
Note: We recommend to dilute with at least 50% structured, distilled or reverse osmosis water. If you are undergoing a health challenge, use of fruit juices during your cleanse should be sparing, if at all.
Ingredients
2 medium cantaloupes, coarse outer rind removed, inner green rind intact, seeded, and sliced
Instructions
1. In a low-rpm juicer, press cantaloupe slices.
2. Stir and serve immediately.
