Our bodies often lack proper hydration and, as a result, are functioning under stress. This deliciously sweet and simple blend of apples, strawberries and coconut water is a natural de-stressor that will leave you feeling as if you’ve been transported to a tropical paradise.
Ingredients
4 apples, cored and sliced 4
1 cup strawberries (8 to 10) 250 mL
1 cup young coconut water 250 mL
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half each of the apples and strawberries.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining apples and strawberries.
3. Add coconut water and whisk well. Serve immediately
