This juice features a nice balance of sweet, salty and spicy flavors—it’s incredibly delicious. Cayenne pepper, which provides a little kick of heat, has been proven to improve blood circulation.
Ingredients
6 carrots 6
1 stalk celery, chopped 1
1 beet, quartered 1
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper 0.5 mL
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half each of the carrots, celery and beet. Following the same order, repeat with remaining carrots, celery and beet.
2 . Add cayenne and whisk well. Serve immediately.
