Clean Green Smoothie

If purity could be blended into a drink this would be it. Just sweet apple and clean cucumber with mild kale. The avocado bring a hearty blend to this delicious juice potion.

Ingredients
Serving Size: 2 Cups
2 cups chopped cucumber
2 cups kale
1 cup of water
2 cups chopped apple
1/2 avocado, pitted
Instructions
1. Push cucumbers, kale and apples through low r.p.m. juicer.
2. Lightly blend juice juice until mixed well with avocado (add water as needed).
3. Serve and enjoy

5. Replace apples in this recipe with pears and kale with a wild, local, edible green.
