Coconut Wheatgrass Shiitake Elixir

A refreshing vital blend of liquid sunshine, this island favorite tastes mildly pungent and sweet.
Ingredients
Water from 1 large young coconut (2 cups)
¼ cup wheatgrass juice
20 to 30 drops shiitake tincture (nonalcoholic)
Instructions
1. Pour young coconut water into a jar.
2. Gently stir wheatgrass juice and shiitake tincture into coconut water.
3. Serve immediately.
