Frosty Ice Pops

These ice pops taste incredibly sweet without any added sugar, and they have a delightful citrus punch. Loaded with fruit, they are nutrient-rich—the strawberries alone have good amounts of vitamin C, manganese, folate and potassium. These pops make a great after-school snack any time of the year.
Ingredients
3 apples, cored and quartered 3
1 pear, quartered 1
20 strawberries 20
1/4 lemon, peeled and halved 1/4
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half each of the apples, pear, strawberries and lemon.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining fruit. Whisk well and pour into ice-pop molds.
3. Freeze until firm, about 6 hours or overnight. Serve.
