This enzyme-rich green juice contains health-promoting organic wheatgrass. If you find the taste of wheatgrass to be overwhelmingly sweet on its own, you’ll find this earthy blend, containing apples and carrots, a sublime alternative.
Ingredients
6 carrots 6
2 red apples, cored and sliced 2
3 cubes frozen organic wheatgrass, thawed 3
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half the carrots and half the apple.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining carrots and apple.
3. Add wheatgrass juice and whisk until completely incorporated.
4. Serve immediately.
