This vibrant fruit and veggie juice blend is designed to alleviate the hangover blues. Coconut water, celery and spinach provide potassium, which may help to relieve the headache that comes with hangovers and the juice is extremely hydrating. This combination has a slightly tropical flavor that is sure to please.
Ingredients
3 green apples, cored and sliced 3
2 stalks celery, chopped 2
2 cups packed chopped spinach leaves 500 ml
1 carrot, halved 1
1/4 cup coconut water 60 ml
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half each of the apples, celery, spinach and carrot.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining apples, celery, spinach and carrot.
3. Add coconut water and whisk well. Serve immediately
