The refreshing sweet, sour and herbal combination of melon, lime and cilantro in this juice will leave you feeling as though you’re in a tropical paradise. Honeydew is loaded with vitamin C and vitamin A (as carotenoids), as well as potassium and copper.
Potassium is great for maintaining healthy blood pressure levels, and vitamin C and copper promote healthy skin and tissue repair.
Ingredients
1 honeydew melon, rind removed, chopped 1
15 sprigs fresh cilantro (about 1/2 bunch) 15
1 lime, peeled and halved 1
Instructions
1. Using a juicer, process half each of the melon, cilantro and lime.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining melon, cilantro and lime.
3. Whisk well and serve immediately.
