A wonderful combination of sweet, sour, and tangy, this juice is very refreshing and has an almost sparkling sensation as you drink it.
Note: We recommend to dilute with at least 50% structured, distilled or reverse osmosis water. If you are undergoing a health challenge, use of fruit juices during your cleanse should be sparing, if at all.
- 3 medium red apples, cored and sliced
- 3 medium pears, cored and sliced
- 1 small lemon, outer rind removed, white pith intact
- 1 (2in.) piece fresh ginger
- In a low-rpm juicer, alternate pressing red apple slices, pear slices, lemon, and ginger.
- Stir and serve immediately.
