A few people have been asking whether they can do The Challenge without a juicer… like, if you only have a blender.
If you’re still wondering that, then today’s video is for you…
Yes, it’s true you will get MUCH better results (both with weight-loss and health) with a daily juice, than a daily smoothie…
(There’s a bunch of science for that… like that a juice has at least 2x the nutrition of a smoothie and a juice directly feeds your cells because it digests hours quicker than a smoothie, etc, etc).
BUT THAT’S NOT IMPORTANT RIGHT NOW.
The key to The Free Challenge is to jumpstart your Daily Juice habit. Together.
That way you’re set up to finally reach any goal for good. (Rather than jumping right into a higher-result program like the Recharge).
And a daily smoothie (for now) is an excellent placeholder that will start forming that habit for you.
(Plus it’ll get lots of nutrition in your body first thing in the morning.)
So, YES, you can do The Challenge even if you only have a beat up old blender.
And here’s the recipe for my Famous Simple Green Smoothie:
1 cup young coconut water
1 frozen banana
½ cup strawberries
1 cup spinach
1 Tbsp almond butter
¼ Tbsp vanilla extract (non-alcohol)
Direction: Combine all ingredients in a blender. Mix, pour and serve. Enjoy!
So, now you have no excuse not to finish The Challenge with us.
