This delicious treat can be served for breakfast or as a healthy dessert.

  • 2 cups quick-cooking organic rolled oats (not instant)
  • 1/4 cup chopped organic walnuts
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup raisins or chopped organic dates
  • 2 large ripe organic bananas, mashed
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped organic apple


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Mix ingredients in a large bowl until well combined.
  3. Press into a 9" X 9" baking pan.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes.
  5. Cool on wire rack.
  6. When cool, slice into squares or bars.
