You’ll love the slightly floral, sweet and earthy taste of this soothing juice, and enjoy its health benefits. Lavender is extremely calming. Cucumbers contain phytonutrients known as lignans – lariciresinol, pinoresinol and secoisolariciresinol- which have been connected with reduced risk of cardiovascular disease and also several types of cancer, including breast, uterine, ovarian and prostate cancers.

Apples are brimming with antioxidants that, aside from greatly boosting your immune system, can lower your risk of asthma and lung cancer.

Ingredients

3 cucumbers, quartered 3
1 lemon, peeled and halved 1
2 green apples, cored and sliced 2
10 drops edible organic lavender extract 10 drops

Instructions

1. Using a juicer, process half each of the cucumbers, lemon and apple.
2. Following the same order, repeat with the remaining cucumber, lemon and apple.
3. Add lavender extract and whisk well. Serve immediately
