Clean Green Smoothie

(Recipe courtesy of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Green Smoothies.)

If purity could be blended into a drink this would be it. Just sweet apple and clean cucumber with mild kale. The avocado bring a hearty blend to this delicious juice potion.

I’m really confused by this recipe. The description talks about avocado, but there’s none in the ingredients list nor would the nutrition information lead me to believe there’s supposed to be an avocado used. The directions tell you to juice the produce so what’s the point of blending a juice with a cup of water? As written, it seems like this recipe is just for watered down green juice and not for a smoothie at all, right?

Thank you for letting us know C.K…. there was a typo in translation from the book.
