Are you supposed to have this juice once a day? Is the recipe enough for two people? Thanks.

Great questions, Lynda. Yes, we highly recommend juicing every day! For many of the great reasons, check out our first episode of Juice Guru TV (on this site). Or you can check out our book “Juice Guru: Transform your Life by Adding One Juice a Day.”
This recipe is intended to be for one person. But it really depends on your juicer. We recommend the Tribest Slowstar if you’re just starting your juice a day habit. It stands upright on your counter and takes little space, it’s efficient and versatile, and it’s easy to clean. In that juicer, this recipe makes a nice large juice around 24 ounces, depending on the size of the produce you use. We recently switched to the Tribest Green Star Elite for our daily juicing. This one is a little (just a little) harder to clean and comes at a higher price point, but we can get almost 2 full juices out of the same produce!
Hope this helps. Let us know if you have any other juicing questions!

I never realized a “stalk” of celery meant the entire bunch of celery sticks!!! I just learned this! (I am so glad I learned this after many years thinking a “CELERY STALK” was a celery stick!) …A STALK is the entire bunch of celery!!! Knowing this, I will be able to juice the recipe correctly now! Thanks Juice Guru!!!
