Steve, thank you for this interview. I like how you asked Lisa about her journey. I hope that you will always ask your guests what they typically eat and how they make it work day to day – Lisa’s insight on this was great.
Can you also start asking your guests what the process was as they began to clean up their diet? How did they feel, what happened during the transition, etc.
