- 2 Green Apples
- 1/2 inch to 1inch of Ginger depending on taste (peeled)
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 Lemon (peeled, pit intact)
- 1 Stalk of Celery
- 1 Head of Lettuce (we preferably use romaine lettuce in this recipe)
- Run all ingredients through the juicer.
