***Apple Ginger Juice***
Ingredients:
2 Green Apples
1/2 inch to 1inch of Ginger depending on taste (peeled)
1 Cucumber
1 Lemon (peeled, pit intact)
1 Stalk of Celery
1 Head of Lettuce (we preferably use romaine lettuce in this recipe)
**Directions:**
Run all ingredients through juicer.
Pour and Serve.

Directions: Alternate harder vegetables with softer vegetables as you push through your juicer. Strain, stir gently and serve.
