It’s that time of year again, it’s time to get the juice on. And we’ve got something really magical to help you get through the holidays this year, it’s gonna be so much fun.

We might eat a little too much and overindulge. We’ve got a juice here that’s gonna help digestion. So this is something we’re gonna want to drink before the big meal.

I’m Juice Guru Steve Prussack, author of “The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Juice Fasting” and the #1 book I wrote with my wife, Julie. “Juice Guru- Transform Your Life by Adding One Juice A Day” and a great new year’s resolution coming up is a juice-a-day habit and we want to get you into that.

Ingredients:

  • 1 Pineapple
  • 1 Apple (Fuji)
  • 1 Lemon (Peeled)
  • 4 Cups Red Grapes
  • 1″ Ginger

Well, the centerpiece is the pineapple. We’re gonna use juice the entire pineapple. We’re gonna add one delicious red apple.
We’ve got a fuji here. Also gonna add this vitamin c and some delicious flavor enhancement we’ve got one lemon (yum yum)

The other centerpiece we’ve got four cups of red grapes, so delicious and adds beautiful red color to the juice. We’ve got for the flavor enhancement and also for health, we’ve got about an inch of ginger.

Look how juicy. Looks at that.. Gonna juice this part right here and steve’s gonna show you that…

Ginger and the pineapple are great for the digestion. Really good for the digestion. And really good for inflammation in the body, for arthritis or any kind of inflammatory disease, really good.

Both this and that. Also we like to have our green juices. Even if we’re having a sweet punch, we add something like spinach, we’ve got two cups of spinach in this recipe, way are adding delicious greens that really aren’t overpowering.

So they’re not gonna overpower the flavor of this juice and we’re gonna get those greens in our body. It’s so good… It’s like the kids will love this. The neighbors love it. The big kids will love it. And it’s so healthy, you can’t believe it’s healthy, especially if you have a sweet tooth. It’s really, this is like candy.

I mean, it really tastes like candy, especially. We always say this , but when we do the sweet juices like this, when we add the ginger in it gives it that tart sucking candy kind of flavor so it’s sweet and tart and delicious.
